– Min. Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management.
– Min. 5 years experience as HRGA Manager.
-Familiar with labor law, company legality and BPJS.
-Has strategic capabilities in the management and development of human resource and organizations.
-Mastering payroll, KPI, recruitment, industrial relations, learning & development and SOPs related to HRGA.
-Excellent Communication skill and leadership.
-Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java.
